Kern Hicks Seals Characters
My study includes the use of the brush for today's Kanji characters and the older "seal script" characters. Starting in martial arts in early 1992, I became fascinated with brush work and the seals the artists used to sign their work. While I am not studying Japanese, there is a lot of linguistic information derived from the study. I am primarily focusing on the characters and their historic use.
